How can I pay for my treatments?

• Olive Psychiatry does not take insurance. Therefore, we are considered an “out-of-network provider (OON)” for health insurance plans.

• Typically, with OON providers, you are given superbills (receipts for services) to file for reimbursements to your insurance plans on your own.  

• We provide detailed invoices with all the information necessary at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance.

• Our practice offers free verification of your out-of-network coverage and estimates using OON services with your plans. If you want to work with Dr. Hong, please use the button below (Verify Your Insurance) Your Insurance to request a review. Once we have the results, our office will contact you for further steps.

General Fees and Forms of Payment Accepted

• Please reach out to the office for the services and their rates.

• Payments for follow-up appointments can be made by check or credit card and are due at the time of service. Payment information can be saved in the patient portal. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 48 business hours before a scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged for the appointment.

• The fee for a missed appointment would equal the fee for the scheduled appointment. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
