How can I pay for my treatments?
Olive Psychiatry does not take insurance. Therefore, we are considered an “out-of-network provider (OON)” for health insurance plans.
Typically, with OON providers, you are given superbills (receipts for services) to file for reimbursements to your insurance plans on your own.
Luckily, we are part of Reimbursify, a tool for providers to file for OON benefits on your behalf. You are NOT charged any fee for direct submissions, making it easier for people to stay engaged in their mental health journey without feeling overwhelmed.
We are happy to provide you with standard receipts (superbills) that can be submitted to your insurance company if you choose to do it independently.
Our practice offers free verification of your out-of-network coverage and estimates using OON services with your plans. If you want to work with Dr. Hong, please use the button below (Verify Your Insurance) Your Insurance to request a review. Once we have the results, our office will contact you with the results for further steps!
General Fees and Forms of Payment Accepted
Please reach out to the office for the services and their rates.
Payments for follow-up appointments can be made by check or credit card and are due at the time of service. Payment information can be saved in the patient portal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 business hours before a scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged for the appointment.
The fee for a missed appointment would equal the fee for the scheduled appointment. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
