How can I pay for my treatments?
Olive Psychiatry does not take insurance. Therefore, we are considered an “out-of-network provider (OON)” for health insurance plans.
Typically, with OON providers, you are given superbills (service receipts) to file for reimbursement with your insurance plans on your own.
We provide detailed invoices with all the necessary information at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance provider.
General Fees and Forms of Payment Accepted
Please reach out to the office for the services and their rates.
Payments for follow-up appointments can be made by check or credit card and are due at the time of service. Payment information can be saved in the patient portal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 business hours before a scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged for the appointment.
The fee for a missed appointment would be the same as the fee for the scheduled appointment. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
